Spokane Party Rental Cancellation and Weather Policy
We understand that plans change—and that weather in the Spokane area does not always cooperate. Busy Bee Jumpers of Spokane offers flexible cancellation options for bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, interactive inflatables, tables, chairs, tents, and other event rentals delivered throughout our Spokane-area service region.
Quick answer: Most rentals may be canceled for any reason by 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the scheduled event date for a full refund. Tent rentals require at least 14 days’ notice. This policy applies specifically to reservations made through Busy Bee Jumpers of Spokane
Standard Party Rental Cancellations
Unless the reservation includes a tent, you may cancel your rental for any reason by calling Busy Bee Jumpers of Spokane no later than 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the day of your event. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund, including the deposit and other amounts paid toward the canceled rental items.
This policy applies to most Spokane bounce house rentals, combo bouncers, water slides, inflatable obstacle courses, interactive games, tables, chairs, generators, and eligible add-ons. Cancellation requests received after 8:00 a.m. fall outside the full-refund guarantee, so please contact us as soon as you know your plans have changed.
Tent Rental Cancellations and Changes
Tent reservations must be canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled event date to qualify for a full refund. The 8:00 a.m. same-day cancellation policy does not apply to tents.
The same 14-day notice is required when requesting a change to the date or venue of a tent reservation. Changes remain subject to equipment availability and may affect rental pricing, travel charges, permits, or installation requirements.
If your order contains tents and other event rentals, the tent items remain subject to the 14-day cancellation requirement. Other eligible rental items are governed by the standard cancellation deadline unless your order confirmation states otherwise.
How to Cancel a Spokane Rental
To cancel or request a change to your reservation, call Busy Bee Jumpers of Spokane at 509-720-7259. Our regular hours are 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. Pacific Time, seven days a week.
Please have the following information ready:
- Name on the reservation
- Order or confirmation number
- Scheduled event date
- Event address
- Rentals you wish to cancel or change
Weather-Related Cancellations
If you choose to cancel because of rain, wind, heat, smoke, or another weather concern, the same cancellation deadlines apply: 8:00 a.m. on the event date for most rentals and at least 14 days before the event for tents.Rain does not automatically cancel every delivery. Busy Bee Jumpers of Spokane may deliver equipment during rain when the site, rental type, and overall conditions permit safe installation and use. Only inflatables specifically designated for wet use may be operated with water.
Inflatables will not be delivered or operated when sustained winds or wind gusts exceed 25 mph. Lightning, unsafe winds, standing water, flooding, unstable ground, or other hazardous conditions may also require delivery or installation to be delayed, declined, or stopped. If our Spokane team determines that an event setup cannot proceed safely, we will contact you regarding the order and next steps.
